This is my hybrid training plan used during the late summer of 2023. It is a combination of calisthenics, weights, and flexibility and requires basic equipment found in most commercial gyms. I use this program to prep for hunting upland game in mountainous terrain.
Movements trained include:
Handstands
Handstand push-ups
Stalder press to handstand
One-armed chin progressions
Planche
Back bridge, front splits, middle splits, pancake, and pike
Nordic curls
Basic upper and lower body weight training
